Katie | Class of 2017

I first photographed Katie for her Junior Prom and when she booked her senior session I knew we would create some incredible images together and have fun doing it!  She is truly a joy to be around and such a talented and beautiful young lady.  


We chose downtown Hickory and this location is where her grandmother worked for many years when this beautiful building was a bank.




I had to see these in Black and White....Stunning!


I cannot remember why Katie glanced at her mom but we both loved "that look" she gave her.

We it is fall, so we play with leaves!




This one is probably my absolute favorite.

There's no way her family could pick a couple, but our gorgeous Coffee Table Book will hold all of the images from Katie's session.  A perfect product for displaying her senior year, especially since we included a page for prom and cap and gown images!

Allie | Class of 2017

Fall tried it's best to trick us here in the Foothills of NC.  It seemed like the color just didn't want to show up.  I knew Allie's mom had her heart set on the beautiful fall color so we postponed her session a few weeks and I'm so glad we did. 

Allie loves reading her Bible...

...and photography.

Look how the mauves in her outfit compliment the red colors of fall and the natural wood tones.

I can't resist putting my seniors in the fall leaves!  (But seriously, those eyes!)


Allie thought of everything that is meaningful to her and I loved being able to incorporate the special items into her senior portraits.  

You can't have a twirly skirt and not twirl.

I loved meeting Allie and her mom and enjoyed the time we spent making these memories for them both.  You can see in her genuine smile what a sweet personality and pleasure this young lady is to be around.

Sweet Sixteen- Sydney

I am terrible at blogging.  There I said it.  I tend to push it to the back burner until if falls completely off of my radar.  I would like to say I will do better, but basically.....well I am not gonna lie.  Just accept my apology and enjoy this gorgeous girl's Sweet Sixteen Session.

So sweet and such a joy to photograph.  Sydney has a natural beauty and grace.

Autumn was just starting to show off for us.  In NC it is always a glorious time in the Fall!

I absolutely cannot wait to photograph Sydney when she is a Senior!
